Refunds and Returns

1. Claims for Issues

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims deemed to be our error will be resolved at our expense.

If you notice an issue with an order, please submit a problem report through our support page.

2. Return Address

The return address is set by default to our facility. If a returned shipment is received, you will be notified via email. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If an alternative return address is used, you will be responsible for any returned shipments.

3. Wrong or Insufficient Address

  • If an incorrect address is provided by you or your customer, the shipment will be returned to us. Reshipment costs will apply after confirming the correct address.

4. Unclaimed Shipments

  • Shipments not claimed by the customer will be returned to us. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility.

5. Exemptions

  • Face masks and other sealed goods are non-returnable due to hygiene and health concerns.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns.

6. Customer Returns

Customers should contact us before returning any products.

  • Returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges are accepted at your discretion and expense.
  • For exchanges, you may need to place a new order.

7. EU Consumer Notification

Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU):

  • Custom-made or personalized goods are not eligible for returns.
  • Opened sealed goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
